Background
If the property is in the process of Disposal, which means we don't want to receive any payment from students any more. At that time, we'll have some steps to follow to make sure we deactivate the corresponding settings.
1. Settings in StudentSuite
In the setting >> Payment Gateways, we need to disable every service we can control first.
- One-time Payment
- Auto Payment
Please see the screenshot below: we edit the preference and disable all functions we have.
But some of the settings can NOT be off from the Settings, like this 'Card Payment' setting.
So we'll need some help from the backend.
2. Adjust settings from Backend
Please contact the S.com team to help you with this part.
In general, we'll unbind the property from Stripe's platform account, so that the card payment or any other payment methods would be invalid.
