Adding a new feature to control the countdown in order that there is enough time for students to finish the process of takeover or swap:

 On the Flexibility Control function block, there should be two new cards to set up the countdown for payment duration before booking confirmed 3 (for booking takeover and booking swap only) and bed pending before terms accepted 3 (for booking takeover and booking swap only)

Bed Pending before Terms Accepted 3 Card

• Add a new card for Takeover and Swap
  • Title: Bed Pending before Terms Accepted 3
  • Description: For booking takeover and booking swap only (set for both bookings)

When the edit icon is clicked, the new modal below will come up

• Title: Bed Pending before Terms Accepted 3
• The unit of the placeholder includes Mins, Hours and Days
  • When the dropdown is clicked, the different options will be displayed
• The default value of the placeholder must be in an integer greater than 0
  • If the value is not an integer greater than 0, there is a sentence in red will come up below the placeholder and the placeholder border will also turn red
    • Text: Countdown must be a positive integer

Payment Duration before Booking Confirmed 3 Card

• Add a new card for Takeover and Swap
  • Title: Payment Duration before Booking Confirmed 3
  • Description: For booking takeover and booking swap only (set for both bookings)
