For the Group Plan, we always want to have the ability to set contract terms and an instalment plan for the partner. So that we can have a better understanding of the financial detail of a single plan. And now we can amend the partner's instalment to make this setting more efficient.
Once the partner's instalment plan has been confirmed, we'll have the ability to amend his instalment.
The button is populated in the 'Add payment/charge' button, we can the a button called 'Amend Installment Plan' in it.
Click on it, we'll see the modal to amend the current instlament plan:
In this modal, we can reselect the instalment type:
- Customized
- Full
And the total contract value always be fixed. In the 'Plan Details', we can set the configuration based on our demand.
Clicking 'Next', we'll go to the next modal, to confirm the instalment plan we want:
- On the left part, it's the current instalment plan
- On the right side, it's the 'to-be' instalment plan
- And you can go back to the previous page by clicking the 'edit' button
- Click 'Confirm', and then the instalment plan amendment will be effective.
If you want to see the 'waived' payment item caused by the amendment, turn on the switch 'show all', it will make the waived/void item visible in the payment item list.
