When will the 'Cancel Rollover' button display in the more option list?
When the booking is created by using the 'Rolling' tenancy option
- Bookings that are created by using ‘fixed term’ tenancy option or fully customized tenancy option will never see this button
- Besides, the booking status is 'Booking Confirmed' or 'Booking Completed' or 'Resident'
- And there is no rollover booking after current booking
- Or the rolling booking has not been cancel rollover before
What will happen after 'Cancel Rollover'？
- Current booking' booking status will NOT be impacted
- The indefinite 'blocked' bed status after current booking will be removed
- The end date of the current booking will be displayed when student log in Student Portal
- The reminder bar for rollover booking will not be displayed on booking details page
- The booking will not show in ‘Rollover Booking Reminder’table on the Dashboard page
Note: after 'Cancel Rollover', you are still allowed to create rollover booking only when
- Current booking's status is still 'Resident'
- There is no other bed status for this bed after the tenancy option end date
