What will happen after 'Cancel Booking' on a rolling booking?
Current Booking' booking status will be impacted
- If current booking is 'Booking Confirmed' or 'Booking Completed', the booking status will change to 'Cancelled'
- If current booking is 'Resident', the booking status will change to 'Cancelled' after the selected terminated date
- The rollover booking after current booking will also be ‘Cancelled’
- If there is a newly created continuous booking after amend on current booking, after you cancel the current booking, the continuous booking will also be cancelled
- The indefinite 'blocked' bed status for current booking will be removed
- The selected terminated date of the current booking will be displayed when student log in Student Portal
- The reminder bar for rollover booking will not be displayed on booking details page
- The booking will not show in ‘Rollover Booking Reminder’table on the Dashboard page
Note: after 'Cancel Booking', when the booking change to ‘Cancelled’, you are then not allowed to create rollover booking again
