Importing Validated Bookings

Once the status of your Imported Records changes to Validated, you can proceed with importing the booking data into the system. Select the corresponding record, and on the detail page on the right side, you will see an Import Now button.


Click the Import Now button, and after a secondary confirmation, the system will begin importing the booking data into the system. This process may take some time.


You can monitor the progress of the import task by clicking the refresh button in the top-right corner of the Imported Records page.



Handling Import Failures

Please note that during the import process, there may be cases where the import fails due to server issues or problems with the booking data. In such cases, the only solution is to re-upload the file, go through the validation process again, and once validation is successful, attempt the import once more.


Note: The Download Detail button shown in the screenshot will only appear if the import fails due to data issues.

If the failure is caused by system-related reasons or other non-data-related issues, the Download Detail option will not be available.
