Once the property data template has been completed, both the validation and import steps are carried out directly on the Property Onboarding page.
Uploading and Validating the Data
- On the Property Onboarding page, click the ”+” button in the top right corner to open the upload modal. 
- Select and upload your prepared property structure file.  
- Once the file is uploaded, the system will automatically begin the validation process. 
- The status of the uploaded record will first show as “Validating”. 
- After a short wait, the status will update to either: - “Validated” – the data passed the validation checks and is ready to be imported. 
- “Validation Failed” – there are errors in the file that need to be corrected.  
 
If the status is “Validation Failed”, click the Download Detail button to download a file containing error messages. Review and correct the data accordingly, then re-upload the file to repeat the validation process.
Importing the Validated Data
If the file is validated, you can proceed to the import stage:
- On the right side of the validated record, click the “Import Now” button. 
- Before the import begins, the system will prompt you to select the brand style to be applied to this property.  - Currently supported brands include: - Yugo 
- Youniq 
- Beyoo 
- CRM (the latest option) 
 
- After selecting the brand, the system will begin importing the property structure data into the database. 
Import Result
- If the import is successful, the status will update to “Imported”, and the new property will appear in the Property Structure list.  
- If the import fails (“Import Failed”), you will need to re-upload the file, repeating both the validation and import steps as necessary.
