Once the Import Record status becomes Imported or Allocated, you can go to the Imported Records section, select multiple relevant bookings in the Booking List, and click the Delete button located in the bottom-left corner to delete these bookings from the system.
A confirmation pop-up will appear before the deletion is finalised.
The deletion process may take some time. During this period, you can choose to wait and use the Refresh button to check the latest progress.
While the deletion is in progress, you will see a Deleted section in the Detail page showing the number of bookings currently being deleted.
Additionally, on the left-hand side, you will see the number of bookings that have already been successfully deleted.
Clicking the View Details button will open a table displaying some basic information about the deleted bookings.
Important:
If a booking has already been enabled, it cannot be deleted, even if it is selected.
For example, if you select five bookings and two of them are already enabled, then only the remaining three bookings will be successfully deleted.
