Introduction

This section explains how to configure the Tenancy Option (TO) to ensure that staff members can review the student's application before contract generation. The booking can only be successfully confirmed after staff approval.

Need Manual Review

This field determines whether a booking requires manual review before contract generation.

• By default, the switch is 'OFF’, which means bookings created with this tenancy option will automatically generate contracts once the student completes their Personal Details section.
• If switch to ON: Bookings created with this tenancy option will require manual review before contract generation. Only after approval will they move to Details Completed

Trigger to Reserve Bed

This field determines when a bed is pending for a booking

• It is the mandatory field, with the optional value of ‘After Selection Completed' (Currently Available)

• ONLY display and allow to select value  when 'Need Manual Review'is switched to ‘ON’,  

  • By Default, the value is 'After Manual Review Completed’

  • If ‘Neew Manual Review' is switched to ‘OFF’, this ‘Pending Bed Trigger’ value should always be 'After Selection Completed’
