Introduction

This Guarantor Section is used to configure which Guarantor Type Options are applicable under this Property and the specific requirements for each option.


Acceptance Criteria

by defult, there is a 'no guarantor required' guarantor type option under the property of each Academic Year


Create a new guarantor type option

  1. Academic Year:

    1. Mandatory field;initialized as current Acadmic Year value; 

    2. You will be allowed to select other active AY under this propety

  2. Guarantory Type Label Name:

    1. Mandatory field; initialized as empty; 

    2. This label name will be displayed on the Student Portal as the option name.

  3. Guarantor Type Description: 

    1. Optional field; initialized as text 'To explain the guarantor type label (will be shown on the website)';

    2. System allows string input with 200 Character limits

  4. Guarantor Type: 

    1. Mandatory field; initialized as empty with the text 'Select the guarantor type', 

    2. Optional value for this field includes: One Personal Guarantor, Two Personal Guarantors, Third-Party Guarantor

  5. Allowed Living Countries: 

    1. Initialized as NOT display in the popup, ONLY when staff choose ${Guarantor Type} as ‘One Personal Guarantor’ or 'Two Personal Guarantor', then this field will display

    2. by default, it is 'All', optional value for this field includes: All, Country Specific

    3. when select ‘Country Specific’, System allows to select the country within existing country value list

  6. Allowed Tax Countries: 

    1. Initialized as NOT display in the popup, ONLY when staff choose ${Guarantor Type} as ‘One Personal Guarantor’ or 'Two Personal Guarantor', then display this field

    2. by default, it is 'All', optional value for this field includes: All, Country Specific

    3. when select ‘Country Specific’, we should then allow the staff to select the country within our country value list

  7. Doc Proof Linkage: optional field. By default, the value should be empty 

    1. ONLY allowed to select the Documents under the same Academic Year 

    2. ONLY allowed to select the documents that the category of it is ‘Guarantor Related’
