Introduction

The purpose of this guide is to outline the configuration of document uploads for students at different stage during the booking process.

Acceptance Criteria

We add a new field in the document setting popup

  • field name: Upload Stage

  • field option includes: Before Booking Confirmation, After Booking Confirmation

    • Before Booking Confirmation: Documents in this category are displayed to students during the booking journey. If marked as mandatory, they are required for submission. The system will validate them, and students must upload them to complete their booking.
    • After Booking Confirmation: Documents in this category appear as part of the check-in tasks. Students will be required to upload them after their booking has been confirmed, typically during the check-in process.
  • By default the value should be ‘After Booking Confirmation'
